We will endeavor to ship orders once after receiving a cleared payment for stock items. All orders can either be picked up in-store or sent via Australia Post.  Delivery pricing is calculated within your shopping cart and is based on the size and weight of your delivery by the Australia Post price guide calculation.

Please Note: We are a distributor, NOT a manufacturer, so this means that we will stock most popular products and will dispatch the same day, but however sometimes this impossible to keep all variations of stock from our suppliers.

Due to dispatch times, our non-stock items can incur 1 to 7 business days additional handling time, which may vary depending on the product/s chosen before being posted out to you. We pride ourselves in ensuring your order is without delays and getting your order to you promptly.

We reserve the right to accept or reject an order for reasons such as unavailability of the product; an error in the price, image, or product description; or an error in customer order. Hervey Bay Doorware values our customer’s business and will directly email the customer if the previous occurs to either rectify or provide information on why the order has been rejected.

Payment processing will not begin until we receive all customers’ information on the checkout cart. Orders placed on a weekend, or a public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Hervey Bay Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding QLD Public holidays. Where you pay by Bank transfer you must pay the price payable in Australian dollars as indicated on your Order Confirmation within 5 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation. If payment is not received within 7 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation, Hervey Bay Doorware reserves the right to cancel the transaction.

Hervey Bay Doorware uses secure methods of Payment Pay Pal, Credit card via Stripe (Mastercard and Visa only), GPay, and Direct Bank transfer or/and Cash in-store only.

Please Note: We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Australia

Hervey Bay Doorware reserves the right to change prices at any time for products displayed on Hervey Bay Doorware’s website herveybaydoorware.com.au. before you place an order through payment methods listed in the Shopping Cart. Hervey Bay Doorware is not responsible for any damages, or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

Returns & Exchanges

For purchases from this website, a 20% restocking fee will be incurred for all change-of-mind or incorrect purchases.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is in new and unused condition and sent along with the original email invoice. Items cannot be refunded if damaged so please make sure when packaging your order or bringing it to our store that you have taken extra care in transporting your return.

To assist us in resolving any problems you may experience, please inspect the goods upon taking delivery and report any shortage, discrepancy, defect, wrong specification, or similar problem to as soon as you become aware of it.

Also, when returning your item/s please ensure that all accessories and original fixings are included in your return package with your tax invoice.  Upon approval, items must be returned within 30 days with postage costs at your expense.

We’ll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item.) You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of returning your item to us.

PLEASE NOTE: Some items are MADE TO ORDER and NON-REFUNDABLE. For these items, you will be asked to check a tick box to confirm your understanding and provide your agreement.

Product Guarantees/Warranties

Corrosion or related deterioration of products will be covered only if stated in the Individual Supplier warranty and Guarantees and/or on the product website description. Please contact us if there are any issues with your product to assist you as promptly as possible.
